What material do you use?

We make all our clocks and jewelry from FSC certified birch wood, most of them in a thickness of 3mm.

Is the wood treated?

The lasercut wood has been sanded to remove any visible burn marks. The wood has not been treated with any oils or chemicals in order to preserve the true nature of the material.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, we sure do! Thanks to the flexibility of the lasercutter, we can make pieces smaller, bigger or with custom engravings.

Can you make this clock with a different type of wood?

We are currently exploring options on working with different types of wood that are suitable for lasercutting and allow the level of detail that most of our clocks have. We will keep you posted on the progress!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as direct PayPal account payments.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

We are currently working on accepting multiple creditcards for our store. In the meantime, please use Paypal (with your creditcard) for checkout.
If you want to use your creditcard only, you can purchase at our Etsy Store.

How secure is this store?

All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Paypal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes. If you would like a wholesale catalogue, please contact us and include your business details in your message.

What is your exchange / return policy?

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Clocks and jewelry can be returned within 14 days of delivery. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product. When returning a product, the buyer is responsible for the shipping fees. Refunded amount will be the product price minus shipping costs.

(3) Shipping

How long will delivery of my order take?

All orders are typically dispatched within 5 business days, unless stated otherwise. International orders are typically delivered within 2-4 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total".

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.

What if my package arrived damaged?

If the box is damaged so badly that the chances are high that the product might be broken, please report this to the mailman and do not accept the package. If you did accept the package and the product appears to be broken after shipping, please send us some photographs of the damaged product and the damaged box with the shipping label visible. We will handle the insurance for this package, while sending you a new box a.s.a.p!
